Processing and Shipping: 

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it the following day. The maximum processing time is 2-6 business days, after which you will receive a tracking number and item will be in transit.

We have our own production facility and some items may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will inform you and you can either choose an alternative item or receive a refund. If your order takes longer than 4 business days to process, it means our production team is working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The maximum processing time may vary between 10-20 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders received on a daily basis, not including weekends and holidays. 

As we handle our own production, certain items may need extra attention or sewing, thus leading to an increase in processing time.

Important note for the customers from the EU:

From July 1, 2021, VAT will be charged on all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of value. We don't charge any import tax/vat/duty at the checkout. The buyer is responsible to pay the duty/import tax upon delivery.

Note for all countries:

Customs Duties: You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes when your item arrives. The rates for these duties vary depending on the country.

ELAGIA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other additional charges that may apply.


* Please keep in mind that we have no control over the parcel once it is in transit. Depending on your location, there may be delays in delivery due to factors such as customs, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Return window timeframe: 10 days from the day item is received.

Black Friday sales are considered final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Exchanges are processed after receiving, inspecting and verifying the return.

1. Cancellation

1.1.  To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team via email at Request will be forwarded to our back end production team and they are the ones who can either confirm or disapprove a cancellation request (depends on the status of the order).
1.1.1. Cancellations can only be made through email only.
1.2. If the order has already been processed by warehouse and/or shipped, you will need to wait for the update of the status of created label within 24 - 72 hours.
1.3.  If the item(s) in your order are out of stock and you have some other items in stock, we will ship items we have in stock and can process a refund to the original payment method the item which is out of stock.

2. Return

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, buyers must request one within 10 days of receiving their item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved.
2.2. It is recommended that buyers thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
2.3. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.
2.4. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received

3. Refund

3.1. Returns will be issued as store credit only.
3.2. Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. 3.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.4. Please note that a shipping fee will be charged for each item returned, regardless of whether or not free shipping was offered. The fee varies based on your location.
3.5. Processing of returns typically takes 2-5 business days.
3.6. ELAGIA does not offer refunds for returned items. Only store credit will be provided.

Return rules:

Preparation and Packaging:

  • Print a unique sticker for each item and attach it to the outside of the respective package of the item (not shipping or courier package), ensuring that each item is labeled correctly
  • Ensure that each item is in its original packaging with the original labels attached
  • Ensure that each item is in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition
  • If the original package isn’t available, please use a package for each item. Do not mix all items in one package. For example, if you have two dresses, pack each dress in a different package and then put them in the box by following the instructions above

Returning the package:

  • Use a carrier of your choice to post the parcel and ship the package back within 5 business days after receiving approval for your return request
  • Please keep and email us a copy of your shipment receipt and tracking number to, with the return request ID RMA________ in the subject field.

Please note that if the return instructions are not correctly followed, such as:

  • Failure to ship the item within 5 business days will result to cancelation of your return/exchange request
  • Incorrect sticker placement 
  • Incorrect number of items returned
  • Not correctly packaged 

Then the retrieval of the returned item may be delayed and/or returned back to the sender without prior notice.

    Please note that ELAGIA is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
