Important: These are estimated shipping times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Free Shipping Thresholds:
- USA, Canada & EU → Free standard shipping for orders over $299
- All Other Countries → Free standard shipping for orders over $799
Processing & Shipping Times:
- Orders are processed within 2-6 business days before shipment.
- If your order exceeds 4 business days in processing, it may be due to high demand, production needs, or stock availability.
- Maximum processing time: 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email so you can choose an alternative item or a refund.
- As we handle our own production, certain items may need extra attention or sewing, thus leading to an increase in processing time.
Shipping delays:
- Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. Unforeseen delays (customs, weather, etc.) may occur.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- Customers are responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
- For EU customers: As of July 1, 2021, VAT is applied to all imported goods. We do not charge import taxes at checkout—these must be paid upon delivery.
Additional Fees for Remote Areas:
- Some remote locations may have extra shipping fees, which will be identified after processing.
- If your address is in a remote area, we will contact you before shipment to confirm any additional costs.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
- If a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer is still responsible for shipping and import fees before any refund is issued.
