1. Cancellation

1.1. An order can be canceled at any time before shipment.
1.2. To cancel the order you must inform us by calling our customer support line +1 415 649 93 98 or by e-mail: info@elagia.com.
 

2. Return

2.1. The buyer should request a return/exchange within 10 days from the day you received your item. If you request a return/exchange after 10 days timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to approve a return/exchange. 
2.2. We are suggesting to all buyers to check your item once you receive it and inform us if there are any issues with your order.
2.3. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2.4. Goods must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as the buyer received.

3. Store credit

3.1. We can only issue a store credit of the goods. 
3.2. We will issue a store credit once we receive the package and inspect it.
3.3. Shipping costs are not refundable. 
3.4. Although we are offering free shipping, for the returns  we are charging a shipping fee per item before issuing a store credit. The fee depends on your location. 
3.5. Once the return is processed, it will take from 2-5 business days to issue a store credit.
3.6. No refund to card, we can issue a store credit only.

RETURN RULES:

For every return, we take a picture as proof of receiving your return.

We do understand that you want to try an item and see how it looks like, make sure to actually try item(s) but please do not use (wear them 2-3 times) item(s) and then process the return. We do inspect every return and in case if we detect that item was used, damaged, or in not suitable condition, we have a right to return the item back to you and will ask you to cover the shipping fee back to you. 

If you have two/three items, please pack them properly and do not mess them as items can look "damaged/used" once they will reach us.

You are responsible for paying the shipping fee back to us and it is fully under your responsibility until the package reaches us. Make sure to get the tracking number once you ship the item back, contact us and provide it to us. Otherwise, it might be hard to find your package and it can be delayed as it will take time to find your return in our warehouse.

We have a right to refuse a return in case if determine:

  • Item is used, damaged, or washed.
  • Received item which doesn't belong to our brand.
  • Wardrobing

Basic rules:

  • Make sure to send the items in the original package. 
  • Item(s) must be unused, damaged, and unwashed.
  • Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
  • Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number. 
  • Ship the package back within 2 business days from the moment your return request is approved.

Keep in mind that if we detect any suspicious activity which is listed above, you will be blacklisted and reported. We reserve to take legal action in case if your return doesn't match what you actually ordered.
