Easy Returns with RE:DO
We have partnered with RE:DO Returns to offer an easier return process. For just $2.48, RE:DO provides FREE Returns & Exchanges.
- RE:DO coverage is automatically added to every order.
- If you remove RE:DO coverage, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, RE:DO offers discounted return labels that you can purchase when submitting your return request.

Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Buyers must request a return within 20 days of receiving their item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the same condition as when received.
- If an item is used, washed, damaged, missing its tags, or shows signs of wear, the return will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back to them.
- It is recommended that buyers inspect their items upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.
- Mail back the return within 10 days of approval. Returns sent after this period will be voided and sent back at your expense.

Refund & Store Credit
- All approved returns will receive store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
- Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item, defective product or item was damaged in transit .
- If an item is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. Please email info@elagia.com with your order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect item for approval.
- Approval of returns typically takes 1-5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.
Damaged items
- If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo and/or video evidence is highly recommended to help us assess the issue faster.
- If you have a full unboxing video showing the issue, this will help expedite your claim.
- If no video is available, we will still process your request, but we may require additional verification steps.
Cancellation
- To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team via email at info@elagia.com. Request will be forwarded to our back end production team and they are the ones who can either confirm or disapprove a cancellation request (depends on the status of the order).
- Cancellations can only be made through email and not guaranteeed.
- If the order has already been processed by warehouse and/or shipped, you will need to wait for the update of the status of created label within 24 - 72 hours.
- If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items and issue a refund to your original payment method for the out-of-stock item
