Black Friday sales are considered final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

FINAL SALE refers to orders placed using special discount codes that offer up to 50% off. These orders are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

1. Cancellation

1.1. An order can be canceled within 24 hours after placing an order. 
1.2.  To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team via email at Cancellations can only be made through email only.
1.3.  If your order has not been shipped and processing takes longer than 5 business days, please promptly contact customer support to request a cancellation. However, if the order has already been processed by warehouse and/or shipped, you will need to wait for the tracking number.
1.4.  If the item(s) in your order are out of stock, we can process a refund to the original payment method.

2. Return

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, buyers must request one within 10 days of receiving their item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved.
2.2. It is recommended that buyers thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
2.3. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.
2.4. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received

3. Store credit

3.1. Returns will be issued as store credit only.
3.2. Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. 3.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.4. Please note that a shipping fee will be charged for each item returned, regardless of whether or not free shipping was offered. The fee varies based on your location.
3.5. Processing of returns typically takes 2-5 business days.
3.6.  We do not issue a refund to cards or the original payment method, store credit is the ONLY option for returns.


We document each return by taking a photo as evidence of receipt

We understand the desire to try on clothing before making a final decision, but please refrain from wearing items multiple times or causing damage before returning them. We inspect all returns and if we determine that an item has been used or is no longer in suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and require you to cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.

When returning multiple items, please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage or the appearance of use during transit. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the items back to us and for ensuring the package is properly tracked. Please provide us with the tracking number after shipping so that we can easily locate the package in our warehouse, failure to do so may result in delay in processing your return.

We have a right to refuse a return in case if determine:

  • Item is used, damaged, or washed.
  • Received item which doesn't belong to our brand.
  • Wardrobing

Basic rules:

  • Make sure to send the items in the original package. 
  • Item(s) must be unused, damaged, and unwashed.
  • Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
  • Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number. 
  • Ship the package back within 2 business days from the moment your return request is approved.
