We know the return process might be challenging, we have partnered with RE:DO Returns which allows you for just $2.48 to have FREE Returns & Exchanges. 

The RE:DO coverage is added for every order automatically. If you remove RE:DO coverage, then the you will need to cover return fees by yourself but no worries RE:DO have best prices for you to buy return shipping label.

Items returned must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet this condition may incur a restocking fee or, depending on our assessment, may be sent back to you. Please ensure that each item is packed individually before placing them all into one box.

*Returns must be mailed back within 10 days of an approved return request or will be voided. 

**Black Friday sales & Final sales - are not eligible for the return/exchange/refund.


1. Submit a return request

To request a return, simply go to our return portal . You will need your email address / zip code / postal code, which can be found in confirmation email 


2. Choose type of a return

Choose any option: Store Credit, Exchange or Instant exchange. Instant exchange allows us to ship your item right away. In case if you fail to ship item back, we will charge the item price + associated shipping fee.

3. Print Return Label

RE:DO will generate a return shipping label and email it to you for those who has RE:DO coverage. If you don't have coverage, then simply purchase a return label though RE:DO while submitting the return request.  Once your return request has been approved, you will be able to print a return shipping label. Simply attach this label to the package and ship it by the carrier you have in your order.


A. Cancellation

  1. To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team via email at Request will be forwarded to our back end production team and they are the ones who can either confirm or disapprove a cancellation request (depends on the status of the order).
  2. Cancellations can only be made through email only.
  3. If the order has already been processed by warehouse and/or shipped, you will need to wait for the update of the status of created label within 24 - 72 hours.
  4. If the item(s) in your order are out of stock and you have some other items in stock, we will ship items we have in stock and can process a refund to the original payment method the item which is out of stock.

B. Return

  1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, buyers must request one within 20 days of receiving their item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved.
  2. It is recommended that buyers thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
  3. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received

C. Refund

  1. Returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  2. Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Please note that a shipping fee is non-refundable.
  4. Approval of the returns typically takes 1-5 business days.
  5. ELAGIA does not offer refunds to original payment method for returned items. Only store credit will be provided.
