Once we receive your order, we begin processing it the following day. The maximum processing time is 4 business days, after which you will receive a tracking number.
We have our own production facility and some items may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will inform you and you can either choose an alternative item or receive a refund. If your order takes longer than 4 business days to process, it means our production team is working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible.
The maximum processing time is 10 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders received on a daily basis, not including weekends and holidays.
Important note for the customers from EU:
From July 1, 2021, VAT will be charged on all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of value. We don't charge any import tax/vat/duty at the checkout. The buyer is responsible to pay the duty/import tax upon delivery.
Note for all countries:
Customs Duties: You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes when your item arrives. The rates for these duties vary depending on the country.
ELAGIA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other additional charges that may apply.
* Please keep in mind that we have no control over the parcel once it is in transit. Depending on your location, there may be delays in delivery due to factors such as customs, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
** Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas, which will be identified after processing.
*** In the event of a package being rejected due to reasons such as insufficient address information leading to failed delivery, refusal to pay duties/import taxes in the recipient's country, or any other error on the recipient's part. There 2 scenarios:

In case of package refusal and in case if the package will be returned to us, the shipping and import taxes will be charged before a refund is issued.
In the event of a package being disposed of, there will be no reimbursement, issuance of store credit, compensation for the loss, or reshipment as the recipient is fully responsible for accepting the package once it arrives and the delivery status is updated.

3. Store credit
We document each return by taking a photo as evidence of receipt
We understand the desire to try on clothing before making a final decision, but please refrain from wearing items multiple times or causing damage before returning them. We inspect all returns and if we determine that an item has been used or is no longer in suitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and require you to cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.
When returning multiple items, please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage or the appearance of use during transit. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the items back to us and for ensuring the package is properly tracked. Please provide us with the tracking number after shipping so that we can easily locate the package in our warehouse, failure to do so may result in delay in processing your return.
We have a right to refuse a return in case if determine:
- Item is used, damaged, or washed.
- Received item which doesn't belong to our brand.
- Make sure to send the items in the original package.
- Item(s) must be unused, damaged, and unwashed.
- Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
- Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.
- Ship the package back within 2 business days from the moment your return request is approved.
