Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
For the standard shipping, we are using our US based sorting center to forward parcels to our customers.
Therefore when you receive a notification about shipping, it means your item has been shipped and is on the way to the sorting center. Once it reaches the sorting center, the status of the shipment will be updated to "Shipped" (you have to keep tracking your order every 1/2 days).
In total it will take from 5 to 8 business days (including transit to the sorting center)

We start processing the day after we receive your order. Processing takes 4 business days maximum until you receive tracking number.
We have our own production and sometimes some items might be out of stock. In case if item is out of stock, we will inform you. You can choose another alternative or we can refund.
In case if your order takes more than 4 business days, it means our team from production doing their best to process and ship your order. It might take up to 10 business days maximum.
Processing time depends on the volume of orders we receive every day. (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
Important note for the customers from EU:
From July 1, 2021, VAT will be charged on all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of value. We don't charge any import tax/vat/duty at the checkout. The buyer is responsible to pay the duty/import tax upon delivery.
Note for all countries:
DUTY TAX: There duty tax you might need to pay when your item arrives. Duty tax rates vary depending on the country.
ELAGIA is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.
* Please note that once the parcel is in transit we have no control over it. Sometimes, depending on your location, the parcel might be delivered with a delay. There might be different reasons: customs, weather conditions or any other reason which is out of our control.
** Remote areas are identified after processing. Additional shipping fees might apply.
*** If you refuse to accept the package and package will be returned to us, there will be shipping fee + import taxes. Those fees will be charged before we issue a refund.

3. Store credit
For every return, we take a picture as proof of receiving your return.
We do understand that you want to try an item and see how it looks like, make sure to actually try item(s) but please do not use (wear them 2-3 times) item(s) and then process the return. We do inspect every return and in case if we detect that item was used, damaged, or in not suitable condition, we have a right to return the item back to you and will ask you to cover the shipping fee back to you.
If you have two/three items, please pack them properly and do not mess them as items can look "damaged/used" once they will reach us.
You are responsible for paying the shipping fee back to us and it is fully under your responsibility until the package reaches us. Make sure to get the tracking number once you ship the item back, contact us and provide it to us. Otherwise, it might be hard to find your package and it can be delayed as it will take time to find your return in our warehouse.
We have a right to refuse a return in case if determine:
- Item is used, damaged, or washed.
- Received item which doesn't belong to our brand.
- Make sure to send the items in the original package.
- Item(s) must be unused, damaged, and unwashed.
- Post the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
- Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.
- Ship the package back within 2 business days from the moment your return request is approved.
Keep in mind that if we detect any suspicious activity which is listed above, you will be blacklisted and reported. We reserve to take legal action in case if your return doesn't match what you actually ordered.
